Customer Reviews: Good Chair for the Price March 25, 2010 Kyle D. Wright 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
When I got the chair I was a little skeptical when the frame came out of the box looking much like one of those outdoor chairs with the metal beams running through it, but surprisingly when it came together it was quite comfortable. The padding really makes the chair. Glides well and seems to handle my 240lb weight fine.
Just fyi the on the back the chair comes about halfway up the back of my head and the leatherette material seems kind of thin, so if you want genuine leather or vinyl you may not be happy with this particular chair. Also when it is in the full upright position it seems to make you feel like you're sitting slightly too far forward.
Also when it reclines, think of how a computer chair reclines as to how far back it goes. Not really that far, but with the ottoman is quite comfy.
I also noticed some comparible chairs people complain about the welds. This particular one is welded quite securely all the way around and doesn't have any bad welds.
