1. I'm quite sure Amazon (a multi billion dollar company) didn't intentionally bait and switch a couple people on a cheap chair.
2. Why take your unfortunate experience out on the product? These are product reviews, not merchant reviews, idiots.
3. Do you really want metal decorative stuff right where your head is being supported?

Similar situation to the other two customers. Ordered two chairs and had to wait weeks because they were temporarily out of stock. Called customer service to inquire + at same time found the first review online. Was told not to worry: Shipping the wrong item is a rare mistake - but he could not tell me when the chaise lounges are available- we would recieve an email. OK - never had problems before with Amazon, so why not believe them. A week later , finally, a confirmation email: the chaises will ship in two seperate shippments. Great.
Chaise number one arrives, outside of box is labeled correctly - but voilá : the chaise inside is not the one described in the add!! Hmmm - read about that before, maybe that "mistake" is not so rare afterall.....
But, there it is.. and now what? Chaise number two will arrive one day later.. , we hate hassles.., it's certainly not decorative and rather plain... but it will serve it's purpose and the price is still ok ( just not a bargain).., so we decide to keep it - since afterall : we need two lounge chaises and have waited long enough.
Next day the box with chaise number two arrives at the front door ...- but wait : this box looks different!! What is this? It's 2 Strathwood Rawley Aluminum Dining Chairs!! Just what we've been looking for!
So I pick up the phone, call customer service. And off course they are soooo soooory ( yeah right...) and sure enough "I dooon't knooow what happended..."... but there is nothing they can do. Since the chaise lounge is ( again?) temporarily out of stock they can only give us a refund and not an exchange. So if we would send the dining chairs back it will only take them a few weeks ( that is after having recieved the chairs back) to credit the money back to our account..... ????!!!!
Not only are the people working there pretty useless at solving problems or at shipping the correct item ( the boxes are labeled - can't you read???) . No - they also insist on not fixing ( new foto, new text - how hard can it be...) a faulty item description online. Not to mention the chuzpe to have such a long delay crediting back peoples money.
Congratulations, Amazon, to such an impressive display of incompetence.

Similar situation to the other customer. Ordered 4 of these and had to wait weeks as they were on back order, only to find when I got them they did not fit the description or picture. The cloth covers the whole of the backrest with no decorative part at the top and the arms are not contoured as in the picture either.
No attempt was made to find out why I was sent the wrong ones or how long it would take to get the ones as per the description, as once again they are temporarily out of stock.

I ordered 4 of these and they said they were on back order. I waited 2 months only to get a product that is different from the picture and the description. Back is cloth all the way up and the cloth part is only 18" wide not the 27 they claim in the ad. The arms are not contoured as in the picture.
